TELEBET MEMBERSHIP MADE EASY THRU THE INTERNET

Applicants can just log in at www.manilajockey.com , click on Telebet Application folder and fill up the application form
Applicant will be assigned with a telebet account number by our Telebet Administrator
Applicant will be instructed to place a minimum initial deposit of P 1,000.00 (one thousand pesos) at the nearest MJCI OTB station during MJCI races only or go to any Metrobank branch and place a deposit at our MJCI account number 3-462-500-581.
Membership is valid only when deposit has been verified and cleared
Telebet memberships abroad are also accepted using the same procedure.  Exchange rates will be based on Metrobank Philippine peso rates

TRANSFER OF WINNINGS TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Members with account at Banco de Oro may have their winnings transferred by MJCI. 

Requirements:
Letter authority from the account holder to MJCI with the following details:
Bank name and branch
Account name
Account number

Said letter may be sent to:

TELEBETTING PROCEDURES

1. Dial telephone number 633-MJCI (6524). The call is automatically routed to a telebet operator.
2. Telebet operator will ask for the member’s account number and inputs same to the terminal
3. Details of account identification will be displayed on the operator’s terminal
4. Telebet operator will ask for the PIN number of the member.
5. Operator compares PIN number with the one on display at the terminal.
6. if OK, operator will inquire for details of the be:
   6. a.     Event (Sat. Sun., etc.)
   6. b.     Race Number
   6. c.     Amount
   6. d.     Type of bet (Win, Place, Forecast, etc.)
   6. e.     Combination
Operator repeats or echoes bet to verify correctness accuracy.
Operator will finalize bet after member’s OK or confirmation

NOTE:
All transactions are automatically recorded in a recording device for reference/verification.
Cancellation/revision of bets are only allowed during the current call and if betting pool is not yet closed
Operator asks for the next bet.
Steps 6 to 8 are repeated for every succeeding bet.
When betting is finished, operator gives new remaining balance and hangs up the phone.

NOTE:
MEMBERS’S FILE IS AUTOMATICALLY CREDITED WITH THE CORRESPONDING DIVIDENDS IN CASE OF WINNINGS.

PROCEDURES IN PLACING TELEBET DEPOSIT AT THE OTB STATIONS

Depositor fills up a customized MJCI Telebet Deposit Slip with the corresponding account name, account number, amount of deposit, date and signature of depositor.
Depositor gives the deposit slip and cash to the OTB teller. Teller presses the”FNC” key followed by the #13 key. The terminal will prompt for the account number. Teller then presses the “ENTER” key. The terminal will prompt the amount to deposit. Teller enters the amount and presses the “ENTER” key. The terminal will generate two (2) transaction tickets that will serve as receipt and proof of payment for the telebet depositor/member and MJCI.
Issuance of a telebet receipt by the terminal confirms the transaction.
OTB Teller will surrender one transaction ticket to the depositor as copy.
Telebet member may now place his wager via telebet.

PROCEDURES IN PLACING ADDITIONAL TELEBET DEPOSIT TO METROBANK

Fill in three (3) Metrobank deposit slips thru MJCI Account Number 3-462-500-581.

IMPORTANT: Please write your name in print, signature and telebet account number on the Depositor’s Signature box.

Upon deposit call Metrobank A. Lacson Avenue Branch, Mr. Jorgie  Belandres/Ricky Samonte at tel. nos. 711-5687 up to 90 for confirmation of deposit transaction.

Please keep one (1) copy of the deposit slip as proof of receipt.

* For Provincial deposits please fax your deposit slips at 711-5688. Provincial deposit will have a P55.00 surcharge
